Continuing Education - Nurse
The Rural Hospital Program strives for excellence in professional education. As an approved provider of nursing continuing education through the Arkansas Nurses Association, the Rural Hospital Program can now provide rural nurses with a minimum of 4 hours of nursing continuing education a month. The quality programs taught by clinical experts are enlightening and thought provoking.
An exciting development by the RHP is facility fees for all continuing education programs. For a small yearly fee, rural hospitals can provide all the quality continuing education programs to their staff without further fees to the facility or individual nurse. The yearly fee is based upon facility size and should provide a cost-effective way for nurses to obtain their required continuing education hours for re-licensure.
As always, individuals can still participate in the education offerings and obtain contact hours for a $10.00 fee per individual.
