"Well Connected to Health in Your Hometown" is a statewide membership program to increase interest and awareness in health education. By attending an interactive TV class at a Telehealth site, participants receive a semi-annual newsletter containing information on medical news, prescriptions, health screenings, and prevention. Each newsletter contains a list of upcoming interactive TV programs and hometown highlights from affiliated hospitals and clinics. This novel program is designed to help people make connections to health care services in their hometown. It provides an opportunity for consumers to enhance healthy lifestyle solutions while increasing involvement in their own treatment. View latest issue
